Hello,

I extend to you my trust that we can all share in Love's abundance during the coming year. As you begin your 2009 journey I would like to ask you to consider the following.

We have all been affected, to some extent, by the many crises of 2008. I fact, the quickening of such events has been occurring over the last several decades, if not longer. A growing number of society's institutions, based on old Piscean paradigms, are becoming unreliable and unfavourable. A powerful force, awareness, is assailing them. It is becoming obvious to growing numbers that a fear based mindset that pits individuals and groups against one another, severely limits all growth and is not serving our best interests.

Awareness is being stimulated by a spiritual energy that has been increasingly permeating our world and being felt by more people every day. It is here to help us move into a new state of being. Some call this state the 4th dimension - a dimension of higher spiritual awareness. The energy reminds us about who we truly are, helps bring that knowing into our lives to be used in purposeful ways and assists in the creation of new social paradigms that allow our spiritual nature to consciously participate with our human form.

This spiritual energy is awakening us to the true purpose of mind: express Love's power to create expansively and without limit. Our minds are much too powerful to be merely preoccupied with the limiting and often frivolous demands of our egos. Our minds long, instead, to resonate in harmony with our highest ideals. The energy beckons us to respond to chaos and crises, as opportunities to mindfully manifest our true creative and loving natures. It expands awareness so we can understand that all life is created to love and is an expression of Love.

Here are some suggestions to help you tune to this spiritual energy in 2009. First, simply simplify your life. What does not bring joy is excess and can be discarded. Be mindful! Manage your thoughts and actions instead of being victim to them. Contact your higher spiritual self frequently through prayer and meditation to harmonize with your soul purpose. "Be still and know that I am God", is a powerful mantra for meditation you may wish to use. If you are living your dream (soul purpose), gladly fulfill it and then dream anew. If you've lost your dream find it at all cost, with help if you need, and bring it to fruition with joy. Practice forgiveness, especially of yourself, who is the source of all illusions and fear.

My intention for 2009 is to share with you my more poignant experiences, channeled insights and studied information that I am gathering on my spiritual journey.
