He is registered with The Ontario College of Social Workers, The Ontario Association of Social Workers and the National Guild of Hypnotists. Following His graduation from Wilfrid Laurier University in Waterloo, Ontario in 1975 he was employed by a number of social services agencies where he gained varied experience in child welfare, family counseling, trauma counseling and psycho-social rehabilitation of injured workers. He also counseled birth parents and assessed prospective adoptive parents involved in private adoptions. During this time he counseled thousands of individuals and families.

In 1999 he experienced a significant life-altering event (what Frank calls a miracle) that brought on an immediate awakening about himself and a shift in his mind. This caused him to seek out assistance from spiritual healers in order to fulfill this change. This moved him from what had been a routine existence to living as a fully conscious being. He continues to heal himself now. As Frank puts it, "Healing is for life".

So impressed was he by the assistance he received from his early healers, he decided to study and practice spiritual healing. He completed hypnotherapy training in 2002 with Debbie Papadakis. He became a reikii master through Anne Hauraz in 2005. He completed his studies as a spiritual healer at the College of International Holistic Studies in Milton, Ontario in 2007.

He has been practicing these disciplines since 2004. In June 2008 he opened his first full-time practice in Toronto. His practice is about helping people resolve immobilizing fear and move to a place of safety within their selves from where they can discover living a life of joy. "I help people heal themselves by facilitating their discovery of who they really are and resolving problems through that discovery - shifting themselves from an orientation of fear to one of Love."
